Pin Hole Self Portrait

So I've been working with my Holga pin hole extra wide camera. When I took this self portrait I was thinking about cinema and the idea of walking into a frame and breaking the fourth wall. I was hoping it would be aggressive and confront the viewer.

In my opinion it looks like a bad knock off of
Hiroshi Sugimoto and Felini's 8 1/2 (photos below)
and my teacher didnt have any better of an opinion.

But failure suppose to make you better. I'll work on trying not to suck. I've got 17 views so far as a blog, when I hit 20 should I celebrate?
